A native New Yorker with a passion for real estate, Erez Rose has been helping clients exceed their real estate dreams throughout the city, whether they're first-time buyers and sellers or savvy, veteran investors. With a winning approach that includes both endless patience and tenacious negotiation skills, Erez is known for putting his clients at ease, educating them on the complex New York City market, and helping people with the most significant purchase of their lives.
Erez studied theatre prior to entering real estate, and he credits the craft with honing his world-class listening skills. "In acting, as in real estate, it's about understanding the other person's needs and responding to those needs," he says. "Each deal and every client is different, and you have to be prepared for anything."
Erez earned a BFA from Emerson College and today resides in a co-op in the West Village. When he's not dashing from showing to showing, he can be found volunteering amfAR Generation Cure, the LGBT Center, and the Bowery Mission. You may find him jogging on the West Side Highway, spending time with his beloved dog Leo or heading to the theatre to catch the latest opening.
